May 28th Neighborhood Meeting Agenda
City Manager Shannon Lavrin will review highlights from her annual โState of the Cityโ presentation that was presented to City Council on May 12th.

City Council Members Wil Brasington (District 4) and Ken Gibson (District 3) are planning to attend. Council Member Brasington will provide a City Council update, including a review of the City's 2025-26 fiscal year priorities and budget.
Clint Link, the Cityโs Director of Engineering Services, will review the Downtown Transportation Master Plan Phase II initiative that will identify strategies to enhance mobility and improve traffic flow and safety.

The City of Greenville is seeking public input as part of this study.
Haynie-Sirrine residents are encouraged to attend the neighborhood meeting next week. We recommend attending in person if possible. It's a great way to hear about what is going on in the neighborhood, meet with City officials, and get to know your neighbors. See you there!
