County Square Redevelopment Update Meeting to be held on June 4th

Greenville County and RocaPoint Partners will present an update on the County Square Redevelopment Project for the Haynie-Sirrine neighborhood on Wednesday, June 4th. RocaPoint Partners, the project's development partner, is a privately held real estate and development firm based in Atlanta. The informational meeting will include a project overview, a review of the current phase of construction (including infrastructure development), and what to expect over the next 12 to 18 months.

This is the second project update meeting held by the County and RocaPoint for the Haynie-Sirrine neighborhood β the first was held on May 9, 2024. This is a great opportunity to hear firsthand about this important project, ask questions, and share concerns.
We are very appreciative of the County and RocaPoint for hosting this meeting, and we look forward to the presentation. Residents are encouraged to attend.
Project Highlights
- 37 acres of total development (excluding the already-built County administrative buildings and parking structure)
- ~$1 billion development investment, the largest private development in the history of Greenville County
- 3.5 million sqft of mixed-use development
- 250,000 sqft of retail, dining, and entertainment space
- 200 hotel rooms & 1800 luxury rental residences
The City of Greenville Planning Department holds monthly Project Preview Meetings to review various development projects. At the April 22nd meeting, RocaPoint presented renderings of several new buildings that will be part of the County Square Redevelopment project.
